Growing up, Admus was always in a book. If he was talking, it was usually about a topic that would make the people in the conversation think. Philosophy is a great conversation starter!! He’ll talk about politics if he has to, but he isn’t a fan of the topic. Scholar Admus’s favorite topic of research is the “nobles’ secret world.” The information is forever changing, and power passes so quickly. Only the strong and the quick-witted can thrive in a place like that. Scholar Admus has attended one or two after-parties out of curiosity, but it was apparent that he was there for research. 

Thanks to being from a family of Scholars, Admus had all the best doors already opened to him. His name alone can get him into any academic-related opportunity. That includes being the Shadebluff who would reorganize the Brimstonebloom Empire Hall of Records and Archives. 

It would pain Scholar Admus to move to the Capital because he loves Mooneyes Kingdom, enjoys working in the Mooneyes Hall of Records and Archives, and helping Lady Lystia Bloomwhisper with research for her next article. However, this is a historical opportunity. He can’t let it pass.

The Shadebluff family is old monies. The family as a whole values knowledge and resources. There will always be a Shadebluff in every school, library, and the Mooneyes royal palace. They have all shown exceptional skills at finding and organizing information. It was a Shadebluff who developed the system installed to keep information organized in the Mooneyes Hall of Records and Archives. 

Scholar Admus was raised with an endless supply of information, and he devoured it as if he were starving for it. He knows a great deal about many things. Being the 3rd son of Mooneye’s Grand Duke, Admus had a foot into being the Shadebluff who would reorganize the Brimstonebloom Empire Hall of Records and Archives. 

A Shadebluff did the best historical records. The Emperor requested that a Shadebluff be moved to the Capital to keep records for the entire Empire. It’s an intimidating role, but he would be taking a team with him.   

The new Impiral Crowned Prince Cassian sent his most trusted aide, Dame Twila, to ask Scholar Admus if he had put in a request to be the Shadebluff to work in the Imperial Palace. Prince Cassian wants Scholar Admus to accept the position so that he can easily step into the role of a consultant to him when he becomes Emperor.

 After Dame Twila delivered Price Cassian’s message to Scholar Admus, she has been visiting the royal library to speak with him fairly regularly. He was helping her with some research. A few months before everyone was scheduled to leave for the Capital for the Coronation Celebration, Lady Lystia Bloomwhisper joined them in their research. Dame Twila immediately recognized her. How could she not remember her? Lady Lystia’s mother, the previous Viscountess, was dangerously outspoken. Scholar Admus was caught off guard and didn’t know what to do.
