A Little About Princess Ruby

The current King is a stern but kind man with a cheerful demeanor. The Kingdom as a whole is thriving, and all his people love him. He also has a promiscuous vice. The King has his Queen, 89 concubines, and 192 kids! Princess Ruby is number 4.

Princess Ruby stood out among the Quartzsinger debutantes. At age 19, she joined the kingdom’s envoys to see as much of the Empire as she could. Princess Ruby has had much success working with the envoys, and everyone can see that she enjoys it.

The Royal Quartzsinger Family

The Quartzsinger Kingdom is the oldest in the Empire. It took the Brimstonebloom Empire 2 tries to conquer it. The Emperor at the time nearly executed the entire royal family to minimize the possibility of an usurp. As a final wish, the youngest Prince asked to have a private conversation with the Emperor.

The Emperor decided to honor this poor child’s last wish and spoke to him in private. No one knows what was said during that conversation but the Emperor left the room very pissed off and the boy was crying.

The morning of the executions, it was announced that the Emperor had made significant changes to his plans for the future of the Quartzsinger kingdom. He decided not to execute the entire royal family and would allow the family to maintain its rule over the kingdom. Of course, there will be conditions and restrictions in place.

The order was given stating that every Quartzsinger male, age 12 and older, and their wives are to be executed. The Emperor will choose a small group of competent people to run the kingdom until the next heir reaches an age at which he can claim the throne. The oldest Quartzsinger male was 6 years old, and the oldest female was 10 years old. The orphaned children grew up at the Empiral palace among the royal children. When the eldest male came of age, the power of the kingdom was smoothly transitioned to the new King.

Current Events

Princess Ruby left for the Capital for the Imperial Crown Prince’s Coronation Celebration 2 days after she got home from a 5-month trip, meeting with Marletempest. Since nobles and royalty from across the Empire will be there, it’s a perfect opportunity to make new connections and reinforce the existing.

Rumors

Princess Ruby has been seen coming out of the bed chambers of every reigning King, even old man King Shadowsteam.
Being a diplomat was a perfect career choice for Princess Ruby. Spending the night with those you’re negotiating with is a great way to get the best terms in the deal.
Princess Ruby hasn’t married because a respectable noble wouldn’t marry a harlot.
It’s a shame that Princess Ruby is as promiscuous as her father. It’s unbecoming for women to act like that. That’s probably why she hasn’t received a marriage proposal.

As soon as they got to the Capital, Sir Dorian and Princess Ruby started to have an affair, but Sir Dorian was seen leaving Dr. Viola’s home at an ungodly hour. The morning before he left for the Capital.
It gets even more scandalous!! When Dr. Viola arrived in the Capital, Sir Dorian had been visiting her daily but was going out with Princess Ruby nearly every night.
To make things even better! A few nights ago, some knights saw the 3 of them leaving a pub and getting into the same carriage, but they had a 4th, very intoxicated noble with them!! I heard that Princess Ruby and Dr. Viola were leaving the palace where Sir Dorian is staying.
